Best Earbuds for Small Ears

Ever had trouble with trying to find the right size earbuds for your small ears? Well, you’re not alone. I myself struggled with this for so long already. It’s the worst thing to spend money on earbuds that either kill your ear or don’t even fit inside to begin with.

But it seems like technology took our small ears into account and finally did something about it. There are many earbuds out there that now accompany small ears, but are they efficient?

In this passage I’ll be going over brand name earbuds for small ears and putting each one to the test. The “test” we put together is gonna see how well the earbuds do in 3 different types of features: fit, fatigue and functionality.

Top 5 Earbuds for Small Ears

Apple Airpod Pros

Fit

The fit on these Airpods are great. On the regular Airpods it was able to fit in the ear without falling off and thats pretty impressive considering the fact that it didn’t have silicone ear tips. The only thing was that on the regular Airpods the seal wasn’t so shut which allowed outside noise to leak in. Now with the Airpod pros you get the best of both worlds now that it has the silicone ear tip. It has that regular airpod snug fit and also has that seal shut sound thanks to the silicone tip.

Funcionality

  • Transparency Mode (ability to turn off noice cancelation to hear whats around you)
  •  Noise Cancelation
  • Spatial Audio
  • Sweet Resistant
  • “Hey Siri”
  • Wireless Charging
  • Play/Pause, Skip Forward/Backward, Answer calls

Fatigue

These can be worn for a long time. If youre a person that needs earbuds that will provide long term comfort the Airpod Pros are great. In the test they were the one that would last the longest without bothering the ear.

Bose QuietComfort Earbuds

Fit

These headphones are known for their noice cancelation abilities and great fit. I like the extra piece of silicone that it has on the top to provide extra fit but I feel like it may be uncomfortable for some when wearing them for a long time. So there a plus and minus there. But like most earbuds it comes with 3 sizes of silicone. I also don’t like how outside of the ear the Bose is quite big and sticks out more as opposed the the Airpods which is much smaller and thinner.

Funcionality

  • Noise Cancelation (also able to control how much cancelation through the app)
  • Aware Mode (deactivates the noise cancelation)
  • Sweat Resistant
  • Has an App to control a lot
  • Play/Pause, Skip Forward/Backward, Answer calls
  • Voice Assistant
  • Great sound Quality
  • Type C Charging

Fatigue

These can be worn for some time before your ear gets tired. Its not the best but it’s up there. Even though that extra silicone tip at the top provides tighter comfort I still feel it may start to irritate in the long run.

Sony WF-1000XM4 Earbuds

Fit

These earbuds also have a tight fit to provide great noise cancellation. Also it doesn’t have any protruding piece that stick down from the ear if that may please you. These earbuds wont come out of the ear for nothing.

Funcionality

  • Noise cancelation
  • Ambient sound control
  •  Has an app
  • Play/Pause, Skip Forward/Backward, Answer calls
  • Voice assistant
  • Type C Charging
  • Sweat Resistant

Fatigue

Due to its foam ear tip it may be uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. This one was actually the one that I had to take off first.

Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro

Fit

The fit is Ok. They are a little big coming out of the ear which may bother some. Noise cancelation is great.

Funcionality

  • Noise cancelation
  • Wireless charging
  • Has app
  •  Voice Assistant
  • Play/Pause, Skip Forward/Backward, Answer calls

Fatigue

The fatigue on this one is not bad its somewhere in the middle on this list. I would be able to wear it for some time but the fact that its big on the outside of the ear may make it a bit heavier and can bother the bottom of the ear when wearing them for a long period of time.

1More ComfoBuds Mini

Fit

The fit here is also Ok. Mainly included this one for its price its the cheapest one on this list and still seems to compete. The noise cancelation is not great but the fit is really good for small ears its pretty small. It does come with more silicone tips

Funcionality

  • Has app
  •  Customizable touch controls
  • Transparency mode
  • Wireless charging

Fatigue

These earbuds are also middle when it comes to fatigue. Their small design makes it easier to keep it in the ear for longer periods of time but the design itself isn’t the best for comfort.x

Final Thoughts

So, here you have it. The best earbuds on the market broken down by 3 features. Now our small ears can finally enjoy high quality sound without having to kill our ears.

I put many features for each of the products so you can go through them and see which features means the most for you. For example: if you are a person that likes to keep your earbuds in for a long time, then fatigue should be a key feature for you. If you’re someone that works out then good fit is something that means a lot to you.
